Yes — all appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but fully transferable if you need to reschedule with at least 72 hours notice. The deposit is deducted from your final total.

Yes — technical touch-ups related to healing are free within 6 months by the original artist. Touch-ups due to client negligence are charged at standard rates. Note: fingers, hands, feet, face, and head are non-guaranteed areas.

We require at least 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel, you forfeit your deposit. No-shows without notice will forfeit their deposit and require a 50% deposit to rebook.
